Professional Management & Accountability
Your dues help fund dedicated staff who manage the day-to-day operations of the Association, ensuring continuity, responsiveness, and follow-through on community priorities.

Encampment Monitoring & Cleanup
Did you know the Association provides monthly support to Andrew with Earthcomb? His work monitoring and coordinating cleanup of encampments and debris helps keep Montecito safe, clean, and cared for.

Local Advocacy & Stewardship
We closely follow local issues, county meetings, and policy decisions that affect Montecito—keeping members informed while advocating for the community’s interests.

Already a Member? You can now login to your account to check status, change your payment method and renew. We will be adding functionality for signed in members over the coming weeks as well and will send out an email when they launch. Want to Become a Member? First, create an account. Once logged into your new account you can choose your membership type and pay for it.  If you get an error when logging in you may already have an account attached to a past membership. You can simply login and purchase a new membership and add a payment method.
